What if we cross a tier mid-year?
Nothing breaks and nothing is backdated. We move you to the next tier at your renewal, and you will know well before that happens.
Are users charged separately?
No. Users, journeys, surveys, and partners are unlimited at every tier.
Can we sign up right now?
