How See Your Side check-in texts work, how to opt in, and how to stop them.
What it is
See Your Side check-in texts help builder teams update the journey steps assigned to them by replying to a text or tapping a link, without logging in.
Who gets them
Only See Your Side users (employees and contractors of homebuilders using the platform) who opt in themselves. Admins cannot opt anyone in on their behalf.
How you opt in
In app.seeyourside.com under Profile > Notifications, enter your mobile number and check an unchecked box. Check-in texts and WhatsApp messages come from +1 760 452 9484.

See Your Side: Morning check-in for Acme Homes. 2 steps due today (Lot 37 framing walk, Lot 41 drywall). Update here: https://app.seeyourside.com/c/AbC123 Reply STOP to opt out.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 per workday. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
